Returns and Exchanges
If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
If this is the case, please contact us using our contact form and include all your purchase and product information and we will get back to you as soon as possible to help you with your request.
A few notes on returns:
- We are not obliged to refund you if you change your mind about a purchase, so please choose carefully.
- You can only return items that have been directly purchased from us.
- You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all elements.
- Items damaged after delivery are not eligible for returns.
